This game feel biased towards killers....
Hello everyone i am fairly new to the game and even though i enjoy it a lot i have to admit sometimes it's very annoying due to the imbalance of some killers. Teleport, traps, more traps that kill you, stealth(no heartbeat), invisible killers and ridiculous perks like BBQ and NC. Also about the ranking system i think it's not right how hard it is to gain rank but also how ridiculously easy is to lose. Yesterday i spawned in a game at the hill of the map, the killer spawned very close to me and he saw me, i got hooked literally 30 secs into the game, then a fellow survivor unhooked me while the killer was close to us and ofc i got hooked again - then camped to death while resisting the entity, Rank lost. I think thats very unfair and it needs to be changed like if you die in the first 5 mins of the game there should be no rank down at all and kinda make it easier to rank up cause nowadays you need to do a perfect game and with all the pressure killers make nowadays its impossible......

Oh I am going to need to get popcorn. This one is going to get good.
In all seriousness, the game is killer sided in lower ranks for new players. As you start to learn the game more, these issues you state will not be as big of a problem. The hill spawns do suck, but next trial, you could easily spawn right next to a hex totem.
As for ranking, it will come with more experience you get. Right now, do not stress pips. Just play the game and have fun.

Just play the game more soon you will make fun of yourself for making this post trust me.

It seems killers are strong because you are new at the game. Once you learn how to play better you'll realize how the game is actually extremely in survivors favor. "Most" of the killers are very, very weak.

"Hello everyone i am fairly new to the game"
It is the very first thing he says, to be fair. :P

When you first start it does feel like killers are op, but as you learn the game more you'll realize that it's not true.
Just focus on getting better rather than worrying about rank right now. You'll start pipping in no time.

@Hunky32 Hey, Hunky! Glad to see you've gotten into Dead By Daylight! On the topic of your statement, I should inform you that, as of right now, Killers are in a current state where they're not as powerful as they can be. You're fairly new, as you've said, and everything you're going against is presumably the META for the Killer playerbase. I would inform you that, eventually, after dealing with these, you'll learn to get better and compete against it, just like other Survivors have. :)
I hope you continue to play and learn everything there is to learn! Keep at it and try to have fun. :D

Play both sides

It really isn't. As others have said, give it time and you'll feel differently. In the mean time just have fun. Enjoy the game, and try to learn from each trial.

Ah, okay. It sounded like you were assuming they were new based on the nature of their complaints. My mistake.

I recommend newcomers to watch survivor videos of Ardetha, No0b3, Monto and Puppers because aside from the toxicity that some videos have they can teach you how to loop around pallets, use T-walls, 360, or juke the killer out.
ZubatLel also helps. Watching videos are a good form of training you.
This game is obviously not tilted towards killers.

The learning curve in Dead by Daylight is rough and starting off killers seem extremely powerful but once you have an idea of how they all work and how the maps are laid out you'll be on par with them quickly
