Why does the Pig's dash attack not add Mettle of Man stacks but the Spirit's phase walk hit does?
That doesn't make sense to me.
Why does the spirit not ignore MoM stacks when hitting someone after comign out of the phase walk? It totally should in my opinion.

Because the Pig's Ambush is different from her regular M1 attack, whereas the Spirit attacking after a Phase Walk is just her attacking after a Phase Walk (still a basic attack, just within a very specific time frame).

But in a different way. The Spirit is using her weapon in the same way she always uses it, just in a specific (and arbitrary) time frame.

Yeah but unlike Bubba,Billy or the Huntress for example she is still using her main weapon.

Yeah, but it's a dash attack, not a regular hit. This is like saying that every combo in a hack-and-slash game is the same just because they always use the same weapon(s).
