The Clown Smog.

When he hits you with a bottle, yes we hear a scream, would it make things easier if there was like a cloud around the survs name? like when you get hit by plague, there is that sick timer, legion the mending one....would it be good for a smog around the survs so we know that a team mate has been induced with the tonic?

    The scream should be enough since it's only a very short term effect.

    Why? The effect is too short to be worth it. I don't even know why survivors get an audio cue that a survivor has been gassed in the first place.

    Because when you are on a hook and hear various screams etc, and you have that blindness, it's like unsure who has the smog hit....i mean like it can only be a brief puff over the name, least iknow who is affected.

    I don't think that would really help him at all.

    Personally I think the blurred vision from his gas should be more intense than it is.

    I have a simliar problem as the Doctor, who did I just zap? Are they the survivor that is on Crazy level 3 or is it someone else? Just knowing who I am chasing would be sufficient, similar to how the obsession has an animation.

    Never had an issue with knowing whom Clown chases or whom did I poisoned as Clown, so no idea why you even need that info on 3 seconds debuff.

    Also as Doc main I can tell that you can see ppl in T3 by different running animation, also you have points for tiering them up, so you clearly see when you do that to person you chase. Plus, pay attention to lobby, you can see names and characters there.

    You already have info on tiers of madness in HUD, there is no need in anything additional. You see tiers, you see whom you hit, you see injured, is it not enough?

    In answer to your question @Frozenscum no.....when i am on the hook i have never a clue who is it, who has just been hit, ans i am left hanging there...a small indication would do, screams go off all the time...this is froma suv pov not a killer.

    Not knowing who is where is all part of the game though. Different survivors' auras look different, you learn to recognize them over time.. And you can just pay attention to the hud changes to know who's being chased if they get hit.

    No reason to put names over the auras just because you can't tell who is who.

    I think you miss what i am saying, just a smog over a name who has been affected by the clown smog....just a brief puff so i know or others.

    You can tell by the scream, every Survivor obviously has a unique scream. Even if there are multiples of the same Survivor, you can have a process of elimination. If it's still a problem or tough for you to do, you can run Bond or Empathy for better information.

    I think there's plenty of information that the game offers as is.

    I don't really think a icon is needed as other survivors would be able to use that information to their advantage.

    Clown needs more bug fixes on his bottles so they work properly

    But they can use plague and legion etc to their advantage etc? o.O alrighty all i just though it is a lil cloud, poof just there to know who got hit, from a hook pov i cant see #########...least i know who is available to haul ass and save me
