Can survivors get the Borrowed Time buff when they kobe off the hook?

It doesn't happen often, but I do occasionally get off the hook on my own. Typically when this happens the killer is already camping me or my team is dead, so I end up right back on the hook almost instantly. Is there any way the devs could implement the Endurance Borrowed Time buff when you do a self hook escape?

    1. Just cause, if I'm literally there and I know my team can't/wont save me why not just try it. If anything I'm just saving time and trying not to get my team killed or try to get back into the game is some fashion. Plus billy/nurse can practically be half across the map and still circle back to the hook in a few seconds.
    2. I've had so many close calls with it where my team is hooked or down and just having that extra time or an extra hit could make a difference.
    3. Why not? Its such a small window of chance under a set circumstance that it seems the only instance it would effect is a killer camping a first hooked survivor with his/her team not around or not trying to save for some reason.

    what exactly is the reward? nxt to nothing bp and back on the hook? he asked for bt endurance after a kobe if he is running bt not for a free escape.

    Nope, he's asking for Endurance whether or not you have Borrowed Time if you happen to get lucky. And yes, the reward is BP. Getting back on the hook is because the Killer was nearby and you still tried to escape by yourself. It's very simple: if the Killer is nearby, you will get right back on the hook. So either wait until the Killer leaves, or get used to the fact that he can and will put you back where you belong.
