powerless killer with 5-6 perks slots?
what would happen if behavior made a killer than simply chase survivors but it cna have 5-6 perks? so make a ultra big perk combo? anti gen, anti heal, anti loop, farming, slug, the ultimate build killer, since there's no power at all and have 115% or let's say 117.5% speed without power but 5-6 perks slot, would it be too op or too boring?

An M1 killer is still an M1 killer, if hes pure M1 with no power expect to be looped till literal Daylight.

Overall killer perks in general are quite weak. An extra 1 or 2 perks wouldn't make much of a difference. None of the killer perks really fix what makes so many killers weak.

lolwut. I could run so much stuff for my killers with 2 extra perk slots. It'd be nuts putting in tracking or chasing perks in their builds.

I didn't say it would be nothing. It would add strength.
Just not enough to really fix any of the games issues that makes them weak killers in the first place.

I actually like the idea for such a killer, but one kind of add-ons would he have?
And lolwut at killer perks being weak. Killer perks are a lot stronger than Survivor Perks, how do you think Survivors feel after you saying somehting dumb like that?

I'd like a killer that hangs survivors by their feet and beats them with a baseball bat. How about a zombie Babe Ruth? He's real slow but if you get caught once it's over and you have to watch him beat you Babe Ruthlessly. Basically an on hook mori. No really I'm just making this up as I go, but beating survivors with a baseball bat while they're hanging upside down would be satisfying. Still there are much better uses of development time.

Maybe they could add an ultra rare offering that allows a fifth perk to be used. Could be found in both surivivor and killer bloodwebs.
