3rd Year Livestream Reveals - Happy or Not Happy?
Freddy & Map Reworks / Battlepass / Ghostface / Archives / Looping Changes & More.
Overall were you satisfied or underwhelmed? I was happy for the most part, slightly disappointed with Ghostface and Freddy reworks. I'm one of the few who actually really loved played as Freddy.

Im ok for have new killers maps reworks etc. But the point is..after 1 year we will still see the same gameplay. I was hoping for a new game mode. Something different.

- Freddy seems too complex and probably isn't going to do much against decent survivors. I personally like the current Freddy, he just needs few tweaks and he would be ok.
- Regarding map reworks, instead of reworking Haddonfield or The game maps they chose to rework my favorite map pre-school, which isn't definitely in the worst state right now.
- Battlepass doesn't really belong in horror survival game, but since they chose to to copy business model of popular games, rather than keep being unique what can we do..
- I'm not even excited for Ghostface anymore. He's not the character from the movie franchise, which everyone was asking for. They instead decided to get license for the mask from a company that makes costumes.. Maybe they couldn't get license to movie franchise, but still this is such a disappointment.
- Archives is the only thing I like about upcoming content, we will finally get more lore and find out more info about specific characters.

I'm excited overall to see everything come to DBD... the archives ----> I really wanna see it in action, my expectations are high and if it can bring an additional objective to the survivors----> something that doesn't revolve around gens etc... I feel itll be amazing for the games overall health

I agree, Archives sounds really decent. New challenges and in depth lore which will kinda acts like a campaign in a way.

Yeh but just because you like the current Freddy, doesn't mean the vast majority should have to live with something they despised. I understand everyone plays differently but its important for the devs to please the majority and not a few people

I agree with everything you said. I’m really not happy with the battle pass at all but Freddy’s rework seems cool.

Wasn't expecting the archives, that'll be interesting to see. Overall , I'm about as satisfied as I could be, but I wouldn't say I'm ecstatic .

dc issue will not get any countermeasure until dedicated servers come, and it will be this fall. so disappointed☹️

Overall not happy. Battle Pass, a lot of wasted time (community bits, dev bits, music intermissions.. what a cringefest) and Mathieu being himself constantly interrupting people and being overall irritating.
I am indifferent to the Freddy rework or Ghostface because neither look to be strong killers.
Archive looks interesting but I am worried about the time limit and the grind. The grind that's supposed to go hand-in-hand with the Battle Pass garbage.
Looping changes and map reworks look fine but like, it'll take far too long to implement to even matter so.. eh.

I am happy but overwhelmed they are committed to 4 new chapters. Happy because its more content for the game but overwhelmed as its going to add even more perks into the game and more characters to grind up. I cant keep up with it. They need to address this. Unless you play this game like a full time job it will take eons to get everything.

I'd say I'm overall Okay with the roadmap and reveals.
Ghostface and Freddy don't really seem like my type of killers so I'm looking forward to the next killers after them. The Archive seems okay, Not exactly something I'm interested in though. Switch and Mobile don't interest me at all. I do like the map reworks but wish they were more common, 2 for the year seems a little low. Rank rework is probably what im most excited for too bad it's 9 months away.
