I'm at prestige 1 with shape and is it worth going to level 2 and 3?

It's a show of how long your in the game for to some people but also if you main claudette or Adam then the body clothes make them hide better

If you want the cosmetics, yes. Otherwise, absolutely not. Do you want to grind out bloodweb after bloodweb again to maybe get the perks you want? I sure don't. I'm not prestiging another character until they rework how perks are obtained, because the current RNG system is complete BS.

The current version of prestiging is only good if you want the bloody cosmetics. However, there is a small possibility that when they get the time, the development team will fix it to where it increases rarity of nodes on the bloodweb, so I can't say it's a waste of time even if you don't want cosmetics.

Personally, I would prestige just in case. There's nothing like investing millions of bloodpoints in a character and then realizing later on down the line that you want to prestige them.

In my opinion, no. If you want to lose everything you've spent countless hours and days grinding for, in order to go through all that again, just to get a simple bloody skin...go right ahead. If a skin means that much to you, knock yourself out, but it's not worth it at all, in my opinion.

It's not worth it.... I only prestige characters that I love... to go through 150 levels and losing everything you work for multiple times just to get bloody cosmetics is not worth the effort at all... the RNG boost is almost unrecognizable because I still get awesome stuff in my blood web with my unprestiged claudette and I have an cosmetic on her no need to lose all my hardwork....

Definitely not. I only prestiged Michael Myers because I main him as killer and I love his P3 look. That and I also wanted to get the achievements for prestiging.

I did one character to get the achievements. I'll most likely never bother with another as you get nothing for doing it.

I did it because of who I main, I wants full P3 because it looks sick on Myers

It would be if they gave you a token to bring one perk back with you at tier 1.

    I have everyone P3.

It's not worth it. The grind is simply appalling.

It’s not worth it.... but you’ll do it anyways if you play as much as some of us do lol.

I just prestiged today Huntress because i got tired of seeing only Hag and Huntress not P3 50...

I already regret it :) I had 1m bp saved for Ghost and i'm not sure if i'll want to play DbD before then xD

I have no intention of doing it myself. I went through all the trouble to get almost every tier 3 perk for the Pig. I'm not doing that again.

For me, I will prestige a character when I'm running low on add-ons or offerings. It also depends on how many teachables you have unlocked, because if you have a specific build that you enjoy/prefer running, it can be a nightmare unlocking those perks.

Yeah torn on this myself. I’ve never prestiged Mikey despite maining him, he’s nearly got all perks, and I guess that’s more worth it to me than bloody cosmetics and more rare items isn’t that true anyway he still gets a lot of ebonies, bps etc. I am however going to prestige Freddy bc his gameplay is changing drastically. I am concerned that one day they might add in a condition that there’s rewards for prestige but honestly by the time we get to that point ... how many years from now?

Currently it’s more worth it to me to have all perks for fun builds and using exactly what I want to, not hoping to RNG when I prestige. Especially when it took me 50 + another 20-30 webs just to get M&A to show up....

Using a killer decked out with BBQ, Beast of Prey, and Distressing with BP offerings, I was able to P3 another killer in a matter of days. That'll depend on how much you can farm off the survivors in each match, though.

Only if you want the cosmetics.

    Otherwise no, a huge waste.

As a survivor it means you're more likely to get dodged if you wear the bloody clothes.

As both sides it means you have to go without decent perks and add ons after you prestige.

It's only for bragging rights, really. I've done it but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone unless they are completionists.

I would pick a single character that you like who has limited cosmetics (such as a licenced character) prestige them and only them just for the trophies.

If Behaviour try to give any new measurable benefit to prestiging, after we have all spent tens of millions of bloodpoints based on there being no benefit there will be uproar.

I level up character to 50 lvl and if i spend all her addons/offering, just make her prestige to not lose this stuff, this is ofc long way, but burning my bloodpoints...this deals damage to my soul.

Only P3ed Freddy. My Myers has the most perks as I never prestiged him. I currently don’t play as much as I used to and am still working on leveling a few others. So it’ll be a while before my Freddy gets more perks.

IMO I’d say if you play a ton, prestige. If you don’t, probably not as it’s gonna take a long time to get back the progress you had with unlocked perks. I still miss using perks I used to have before my P3 Freddy. For example, I just finally got ruin again for him recently lol

I P3'd my Myers recently, simply for the cosmetics during double bloodpoints. I do like the cosmetics especially since he doesn't have any other outfits to speak of. But there isn't a reason to do it other than for the bloody outfit. That so called bump in possible good stuff showing up in the blood web to me feels like a myth.

    For the items? No.

    For the bloody cosmetics? Maybe.

For scaring the life force out of every survivor in existence with P3 Nurse? Hell yeah!

For me, yes. I'm a completionist and I really like the bloody cosmetics. For most other people though, especially with the cosmetics store now available, it's probably better to wait until there's more incentive.

I hope for the day that any cosmetic can be bloody if you're prestiged.

    you dont need to.

i personally grind to get every killer to P3 all perks, but thats a personal achievement.

having all of these maxed out surely would look sexeh...

but yeah, like many others already said: besides the personal achievement you dont really get anything. the cosmetics might be worth it, the increased chance of higher rarity items in your bloodweb is not that big (you do see a difference though) and its one hell of a grind.

so go for it if you want to, but its definitely not a must have ^^

I p3 Billy because he's my main and so far, I haven't seen ANY of the perks I used to use. No BBQ, Bamboozle, PGTW, Ruin, Enduring, or SPIRIT FURY! How is it I'm p350 and haven't seen not 1 of these perks.

I prestige out of principle now, I've done it on everyone so wont stop.

However, if I were to start again, I'd probably only P3 licensed characters that aren't getting cosmetics.

    No.

Only prestige if you got anywhere around 500,000- 1Mil bloodpoints. ANd plenty of shards for the shrine, otherwise no.

I only did P2 with Myers because he looks sick with bloody clothes. The face not so much. I like the classic mask clean. Other than that it's not worth it unless you like your person and play no one else to add more perks to the web.
