Can the devs please fix the killer hit range??? Before the killers have to actually hit the survivors and now i see survivors getting hit when the are 5m away from the killer. I main survivor but i also play killer and i find it often more dissatisfying and unfair when i hit a survivor that is 5m away from me... Likewise for survivor perspective this isn't any fun at all. This applies to windows and pallets as well btw i get if a chainsaw can hit u when u are hopping over a pallet or window, but wth devs you can't be serious if i can hit a survivor from 3m away with a kitchen knife??? Where is you sense of logic in this matter.

Some killers have weapons that can reach far beyond 5 meters away. There are also these things called arms.

They just need to make a appropriate animation for it.

If you wanna be fair, then Nerf Head Ons hit detection or make it more realistic.

Ok, but you have to agree that there are more moments were i can hit a survivor that is already 1m away from the window or pallet. Atleast that is in my case, the last 3 games that i played as killer i could hit a survivor that was hopping a pallet when i was still 2 or 3m away from the pallet. I don't think you or anyone for that matter would find this a normal senario.

I do have moments where I'm like "How'd I hit them?" But then again, I also have moments where my weapons CLEARLY went through a survivor, yet it didn't register. Animations need to be made for situations like that, cause in a real life scenario a killer would be able to hit you a few meters further then where they stand.

True but it was good in the beginning. Why did they changed it in the first place..

The only change they've done for hit registers is to make it so all killers have the same range when they attack. Everything else is due to lag between you and the host. If you feel that you're being hit when you shouldn't, be more picky about the lobbies you stay in, and don't go for any lobby with yellow or higher ping.

It even happens in lobbies with green ping. And i'm mostly talking about killer perspective here, cause i know how annoying it can be for survivors. It has come to a point that i don't even pick survivors up anymore if i hit them from way to far away...
