Hillbilly/Letherface changes when?
After change Tinkerer, devs they tell us that they will buff Hillbilly/Leatherface base power or addons. This change was 10 July, we're close to a year away, and there's nothing here.Anyone knows maybe when something will happen?

They probably wait for their complete AddOn overhaul. And even then, they probably don't make much changes to Hillbilly's basekit. Which is fine as it is actually. Bubba on the other hand is in need for a buff, but a bigger one than just changing charge time.

Leatherface could use some changes, but I think hillbilly is the most balanced killer aside from spirit.

Why would they buff billy? He is in a fine spot, I’d just change the insta-saw add-ons. As for Leatherface, he needs to move a little bit faster with his saw or not slow down while charging.

I don't see in Billy anything OP even with all his stuff, only enduring+spirit fury+charge time addons seems a little bit strong but this is 2 perks, 2 addons and survivors still can counter it, just dropping pallet earlier.
Edit:Billy is hundred miles behind real OP things like Prayers Beads Braclet or extra blink addons. Imo.

I don't think extra blinks are OP, especially since Nurse has a real penalty to her missing with blink. Hillbilly doesn't get penalized for missing his saw. He just fires it right back up (unlike Leatherface).

I do not want to offend you or something, but you don't know much about game, if you think extra blink addons are balanced. Real penalty you mean 2,5 second fatigue, when nurse still can tracking survivors and moving slowly, this means in this time survivor can make 10 meters, bc they have 4 m/s, and if surivor is THAT close to nurse, this is like free hit unless nurse is garbage or surivor is GOD tier juker.

As a nurse main sometimes i use this addons, if i have many games in a rope with 3-4 dead hards, but this issue we can fixed, just add exhaustion addons for nurse or replace extra blink with them.

Except HB gets stunned when he runs into things or cannot atack or rev his saw on misses for about the same time nurse is stuck in fatigue.

Ive played billy quite a bit every time i know they are going for a pallet i charge up they will never throw
