Dead by SunLight Killer
The History:
The "Dead by Sunlight" killer, was a First Man who was captured by a tribe of the Children of the Forest. Leaf, who was among the group, pressed a dragonglass dagger into his chest, causing his eyes to turn blue and turning him into the first of the White Walkers. Thousands of years later, Leaf tells Bran Stark that her people created the White Walkers to defend themselves when Westeros was invaded by the First Men, who were cutting their sacred trees down and slaughtering the Children of the Forest.
Power:
His passive skill is slower running/crouching speed while in his terror radios, as well repairing speed and etc.
Hability: Once the survivor looks at his blue eyes, in a close range, the heart beat is damage and it will affect that survivor when ever the killer gets close to him.
PERK:
His perk: The hability to raise as undead a survivor who got mori. This zombie will keep walking in the map randomly and alert the killer for 3 seconds when a survivor cross near it. like 8 meters range.
perk 2.: The hability to freeze, after stalk a survivor long enough, interruption any chance of the survivor increase his running speed while in a chase, including all the perks a survivor has, like, quick vault, landing, meg perks that i forgot the name ... this kind of stuff.
Weapon: a long freezed spear that can be throw or use to attack at meele range + a Sword made of dragon glass.
The killer will start with one spear if he throws he will need to renew the spear by making a new one in a specif place.

The survivor will be:
Brian Sark.
He will not be able to walk or crouch, he will use a wheelchair and will avoid any passive skill that the killer have against him.
He will always be the Obssession.
Perk: If the killer pass through 2 or more ravens, the survivor will be alerted.
