It lets everyone out of the Realm for the day to celebrate, but it makes sure to tell them "be back before 10!"

The same way it celebrates every other holiday: by doing the exact same thing it's doing every other day, because it's an extradimensional entity with no understanding of or concern for holidays.

Simple, the killers chase the survivors down and strap them all onto rockets as they all get blasted into the air and blow up. Pushes a bit on the budget, so you have guts instead of fire but hey, anything goes I guess.

Alright, let me rephrase: the Entity doesn't care about a holiday that's only celebrated by a very small percentage of the planet.

The entity has no concern or care for holidays, but it noticed the others caring for it, and therefore creates events (which usually involve killing and/or trying not to die) such as the christmas event and the halloween event.

Well, yes it does the same thing, but it isn't particularly the "exact same thing."
