QoL Change to Hex: Huntress Lullaby
Make it to where Survivors don’t get notified that the killer has the perk until the first survivor gets hooked. There’s no reason to let them know you have it when it isn’t even in effect yet.

And/or make thevtotem appear once you have a token.

This would be nice, Ruin only notifies you at the first Skill check, Devour notifies you at 3 tokens why can't Lullaby notify you one the first hook?

They shouldn't notify you at all. Devour Hope was so much better back when it didn't give you a notification of the Exposed status. You actually had to pay attention to what was going on in the game, rather than being spoonfed all the information. It added a bit more to the game imo, and actually helped me learn a ton by asking questions about What caused This or Why did that happen?
If you notice the skillchecks are coming faster, you should automatically think it's an outside influence and figure out how to stop it. First time encountering it, you should take a look at the Killer's perks and add-ons to see what it was.
It was always fun to get called a hacker or cheater when I ran DH and someone hadn't seen its effects before. Then they'd get laughed at by the rest of the Survivors and learn a valuable lesson.

Lullaby just shouldn't be a hex perk in general. It's just not good enough to warrant the high risk, high reward playstyle of hex perks

Agreed, same with Hex: Third Seal.

Both Lullaby & Third Seal deserve some tweaks. They’re the butt of hex perks.

One or the other for sure. It just doesn’t make sense to have a hex totem lit up but not be in effect.

A perk shouldn't notify at all, until you manually can see it's effect.

lullaby even with zero stacks still applies extra regression on failed skill checks

It has an effect even at 0 tokens, that's why it notifies survivors.

Still think it shouldn’t right away.

The absolute soonest it should alert you is the first FAILED skillcheck
