I agree, this would make Legion do their job accordingly. Before the DW changes, it would be exploitable because there would be no way to dodge FF and prevent cheesey downs. Now since FF can't deplete the DW meter, it doesn't matter if you dodge FF or not (besides the first hit).

I havent played regularily and my actual gametime is rather low. But even a killerbiased noob like me can tell that a released killer is weak when there arent any "omg OP Killer" threads spreading across the forum once their ptb starts.
When survivors arent complaining about a killer its a good sign hes underpowered.

Ghost face wasn't ready for PTB its shocking he got this far into development without any thought given to actual gameplay use and perks. All of which suck as does Ghost face a few minor PTB fixes won't make a broken kit like his and he is basically another "stealth" version of Legion with a useless power.
