Why Do So Few People Main Jeff Johansen?
Just realized I'm one of the few survivors that actually main Jeff. What's up with that?
Why is it that you guys don't fancy big daddy Jeff?

Because there is no water to walk accross... But seriously if I survive it is as blendette, I need the ability to run through the forest duck behind a tree and lose the killer and Jeff isn't blendy enough which sucks cause im his skinny irl version XD

I wanted to have Jeff as one of my mains but the Entity refuses to give me Self-Care and I've got no medkits left.
(And no I'm not good enough at survivor to play without my crutch perk)

Not sure David is hot, he looks a little like a gremlin, thinks out them all dwight is the cutie, but i would lay Jeff more if he had a jesus outfit lol

@JawsIsTheNextKiller you could always use bondand run to a team member to heal? unless it's me and you run to a nea player and bob up and down a lot of times for them to heal you and they don't! lol

Who knows, there’s not much more satisfying than when the killer figures they’ll single out the Jeff for an easy chase with a hard to hide character model and loud noises and you vault a window and take off at the speed of sound with lithe, priceless.
I played Jeff a lot when the dlc first came out but then I prestiged him and now I’m still getting good perks back (all tier 1 currently) I still bring out the ol’ Jeff every now and again though, I don’t main any survivors so I love them all in cycles. I’ve already got to play Tapp and Quentin from another thread of unloved survivors, why not toss some Jeff in there too. Show the metal man some appreciation 💖

I like Jeff's perks, but not his style. He, as someone else said, is also loud as hell. I think they are making survivors louder with each release. Jane is even louder than him.

Jeff will not be getting a Jesus outfit sadly because BHVR does not express religion in their game, the Entity is the only thing close to religion, but I love my big man Jeff, strong man with a gold heart, I have him in his fancy suit with the young Jeff hair with the nose ring.

I ######### love jeff hahahah I main him since he came out. I guess people don't like the metalhead style but that's fine for me. The positive thing is that I never get a lobby with another jeff, it's always 3 identical pink hair Nea or things like that so it's nice for me.
Downsides: LARGE AS A ######### CAR

I've also noticed this before, you hardly see Jeff, unless someone has a daily with him. I personally don't main Jeff because the way he feels to run around with, he feels like a pretty thicc boi. If I'm to play a male character, I much prefer someone like Dwight or Ace. To me they just feel better to move around with and their hitbox somehow feels a lot different. For me the way a character feels under my control is a really important for me, and Jeff just doesn't have that.
I also prefer the way other male characters look in comparison to Jeff. Dwight's cute face, pajamas, and pizza delivery outfits spark my interest. Also, Ace has some pretty rad cosmetics. I really like his ugly Christmas sweater. Jeff just doesn't have much cosmetic wise, and even then, that would only help me gain interest in playing him so, so..

If you watched their reveal for her, they said they were able to because it was so far back and itself was dead, they said they wouldn't implement religion but they could work with this one.

It's a shame that no one ever plays the new characters that come out. I mean I rarely see Tapps, Kates, Adams (almost extinct), Jeffs and now Janes... the most recent characters, no one plays these.
I think it's because many of us already have old characters with P3-full perks and wouldn't really play any of the new ones unless they're super interesting and unique with decent perks. I thought many would main Jane, but I almost never see them so guess not.
As for Jeff, he's kinda huge and hard to hide with, has loud voice and is pretty ugly if you ask me, plus not to mention that female characters are way more popular.

You can always play your main until you get perks you want on others. I have 4 characters with my meta build and I play them too sometimes.

I would play him more often if he wasn't so gotdam loud. Same kinda goes for Jane.

When he gets injured he has some of the loudest grunts of pain. He's also not great at hiding or great to look at.

If you wear Jeff's Jean jacket and light blue jean pants, he blends in with Macmillian estate, Jeff may be loud but his grunts are one of a man. Iron Will fixes the grunts but I have to disagree on not great to look at, he may let himself go a little cause of hard times but damn does he dress good in a suit.

One, he's very loud. Two, I swear, every time I hook the guy I can smell sour sweat and stale beer. He might be a cool guy with a heart of gold, but way too oafish for my taste.
Or maybe I'm just envious because he's taller than me...

That beard is in a terrible state. It's not shaped at all and looks like it hasn't seen a drop of proper beard oil.

One of the louder Survivors, I main Nea, Ash and soon to be Dwight.
Nea was my first Survivor I played as, so,she has a special place in my heart, fantastic cosmetics.
Ash while loud, I have great Perks on him, so I end up doing really well with him. His Hawaiian shirt and Ashy Slashy Puppet are the best things ever. Not to mention I'm a Die-hard Evil Dead & Ash VS Evil Dead fan.
Pizza Delivery 🍕 Dwight is one fine ass cosmetic that I love. Plus Dwight reminds me of the DBD player Puppers.
Finally, I intend to add Jane to my rotation of mains once I get around to it...so Jeff is jus gonna have to sit the benches

I do play him alot, i don't play immersed so him being loud doesn't bother me at all.

I play Tapp and Jane all the time. I also see a lot of Kates and a fair amount of Adams. I guess it just depends on your region, and rank. Not many Jeff's though. That is true.

I do wish the devs made him a bit quieter. Believe it or not, he was louder in the PTB.

He doesn't have to have a Jesus outfit. Just something unique and interesting. His cosmetics are a little lackluster.

And I agree with you about certain survivors being easier to control. Jeff certainly is not as smooth as the others.
Also, his cosmetics are a bit crappy I must admit. Wish the devs would give him something fun and interesting.
Overall though, Jeff has style.

OI EVERYONE, I MAIN JEFF! Jeffy Boi, a.k.a JESUS, is a lovable sweetheart that is always ready to help, or just lay down nearby and paint/draw what he sees in front of him. i love this guy because, well, hes just like me, like ligit, he has a similar clothing style, personality, wits, charm, and body build, like literally, i swear someone secretly scanned my body and changed the details, and boom, now we have jeff. but now for the actual reason i cant stop playing him is because, i just kind of connect with him... whenever i play a game as jeff, i feel like its me running arround and saving survivors, and i just LOVE his cute chubby face, awwwwwwwwwwww, and also, who doesnt love to main jEsUS, hes literally god, and just by playing him, i can feel the divine power flowing through my fingertips, and liek #########, he can LITERALLY BREAK A HOOK IN HALF... #########!!!, anyways, me and boys ahev a saying that i feels fits quite well within the entitys realm, and that is, "jesus is love, jesus is life, and if you dont gimme my jesus back, ill d-strike you IN THE FRICKIN EYE!

the only problem is hes soooooo big, like jesus, he's huge, i have to turn my head(camera) down just so the killer cant see it behind a wooden box, but hey, everyone has their drawbacks, even jesus..... exept for claudette, xD

There is no reason not to give Jeff a Jesus outfit, as long as they don't call it that. Call it a Jedi outfit and God fans can call him Jesus. I can call him Obi-Wan.

I think people have pretty much hit it home. He's a large target, loud as hell and doesn't have the greatest cosmetics.
I don't think I've touched him since Adepting him myself, but I'll be getting him to Level 30 soon (from Level 11, I hate myself).
Semi-related, I almost never see Adam either.

They could give him something similar, yes. Maybe a jedi or monk styled robe. Some version of a man's tunic? A Roman one piece tunic with a crown would look very cool imo.
