Let's discuss some random hypothetical situations
So, I wonder, what would Entity do if
1) Some survivor becomes way too skillful avoiding killers. Killers just can't catch him - he is way to quick, agile and mindful of surroundings. This happens from trial to trial and slowly becomes regular thing.
2) Some survivor just don't afraid of dying - and willingly die for other survivors. He maintain the idea of "Even if I die, my friends are gonna live forever". Basically, David King stuff. Will his sacrifice still be.. um... tasteful for Entity? Cause this surv die proudly, as hero. He even abuses this "death is not escape" rule, so he can help his friends stay alive longer. Why do you have to be afraid, if you not gonna die in absolute way?
3) Survivors became too egoistic. They can't work as team and, thus can't escape from trials. Sacrifices became regular thing, but will Entity feed from them, cause this victory is waaay too easy?
4) Some survivor is trying to negotiate with Entity to became a traitor. We know who exactly.
5) I know, this one will sound really dumb, but what happens if survs managed to overpower killer and put him on sacrificial hook? xD

1) The Entity can help the killer like the with perk Whisper and make is easier finding them, regarding not being able to catch them we know the Entity controls all maps so the Entity could make it harder for survivors to escape like increasing the killers speed, manipulating the maps in favour of the killer, etc
2) If these Survivors won't feed the Entity anymore I could see them being placed into the Void otherwise as long as they have emotions it will feed the Entity and we shouldn't forget the main emotion is hope so this kind of self sacrifice probably creates hope in the Survivor that through his sacrifice the other will survive
3) Same as the second point as long as they produce enough emotions they will be reused and if they won't feed the Entity anymore the Entity can just lure new survivors into the realm
4) I think the only way the Entity would interact with a Survivor outside the "normal" cases is to make them into a Killer otherwise there is probably nothing a Survivor could do for the Entity what it couldn't do.
5) First of all this situation would never happen because the Killers power and everything else is enhanced by the Entity but as it is a hypothetical situation I would guess it would just let the hook destroy itself

(1) The Entity will help in the trial, and possibly prevent that survivor from being put into a trial (Which may have happened to Vigo)
(2) The Entity feeds off strong feelings, and could feed off the hope he has for other survivors. The Entity would also feed off the 'excitement' from the killer.
(3) Survivor loses hope and becomes a killer or is legitimately killed. If he has hope and blames others then it's still hope.
(4) Theyd make them a killer. They're simply to weak as a normal human.
(5) The killer is inhuman. It can take a stab to the shoulder/back and recover in 4 seconds with no weakness, aswell as bending the law of physics constantly, with the trapper and maybe the cannibal being an exception.
