My list:
S: Nurse (killers that have little counter play when mastered)
A: Hillbilly, Hag (very strong but have more counter play)
B: Myers, Spirit, Huntress, Freddy (B tier killers are all interchangeable and have strong powers but have major issues)
C: Pig, Wraith, Trapper, Doctor (Power is lacking, add-on reliant or buggy)
Garbage tip: Leatherface, Legion , Clown, Plague (These killers need fixing, major buffs or complete reworks)

I can say something more controversial. All killers are viable and there's no such thing as tiers.

My contradictions are that 1) I don't think hag is as strong as ppl say. 2) Leatherface is an M1 killer unless the survs are potatoes. 3) I think Wraith is viable bc of his add-ons. 4) D tier is the anti-loop tier when used correctly. 5) Pig is underrated.

Clown can't be that high since his Power doesn't do anything. He's in the dumpster truly in a tier of his own.
At the peak of Hag and Huntress skill (which few have ever seen in-game), they're at least as good, or better than Billy.
Freddy has long been underrated. Plague is possibly B Tier, I have the least confidence in her placement of all Killers at the moment.
Mine is probably super controversial, but I feel I can defend every placement.
S = bypass Survivor mechanics regularly. Consistently performs well at top level.
A = Less consistently performs at top level. Highly dependent on map.
B+ = Pretty solid Killer at most levels.
B = Not very good, but not total trash.
C = Trash at top level.
D = Broken pile of pixels. Power doesn't perform intended function at all.
In general A and B+ are where all Killers should be balanced in my opinion.

All killers are viable against potatoes but if you’re saying that Ghostface is as viable as Nurse against good survivors then that is just incorrect.

Pike clearly doesn't understand the concept of tiers in a video game guys. Presumably they don't actually believe Nurse is as strong as Trapper, Legion, Leatherface, Clown etc...

And there's a high abundance of aura reading perks that kills stealth anyway.

@Andreyu44 then name a killer BETTER than her. She ignores literally everything the game has to offer and good nurses can't be mindgamed, mobility is way too high

Not every killer has 90% MVM speed by default and gets stunned
Unless you're rank 20 Nurse can get mindgamed and Billy has an higher Mobility and a oneshot.
Billy and Nurse are in the same tier

You also think Spirit is bad XD!
Billy is bottom tier trash compared to Nurse, and Spirit is the only comparable killer. Good survivors can easily counter Billy, as they can with Hag.
My god, you don't understand the other killers at all do you? But stealth does kill Nurse, but she got enough tracking perks going for her lol.

A.) Nurse’s blink is 333% by default which is faster than Billy’s chainsaw. Billy has to maneuver around obstacles in his path and can get slowed, Nurse does not. Nurse with her two longest blink range add-ons can nearly blink across the entire map in two blinks. Nurse can have insane map control. I would even argue it can be better than Billy.
B.) Nurse does not need a one shot to be viable, Billy does and you can make Billy’s chainsaw useless when looping him. Billy can get looped like any other killer, Nurse can NEVER be looped. Nurse can easily down a survivor in a shorter amount of time than Billy can.
The two things that Billy has which is map pressure and a one shot, Nurse can do even better by having insane map control and the ability to not care about loops and downing survivors in a matter of seconds.

Spirit is way better than Billy.
Billy has nothing helping him in chases. He gets looped for days.
Can't loop a good Nurse, Nurse denies everything survivors rely on, that is pallets, windows, jungle gyms, loops etc. Now look at billy, what does he have except high mobility and one shot ?

@Andreyu44 my bad then, also I get salty over Spirit myself, it's why I run Iron will and Spine chill.

@Poweas I never really personally get salty over Spirit players. Most of the time they’re hella boosted. Of course if somebody is good at Spirit you aren’t likely to survive, but a lot I’ve gone against aren’t great at tracking. I get the most salty over Legion and Billy’s chainsaw hitboxes.
Even I can be boosted at times. Last night my tracking was so off and I was playing like hot garbage. I had to stop playing after like my fourth round because I was playing awful. It wasn’t my night.

@Andreyu44 I use Lithe, Adrenaline, Iron will and Spine chill.
You should use Iron will since some Spirits (me) can hear you going over the pallet and I'd give you an insta katana to the face :P. Iron will keeps it all quiet and makes is SO STRONG :D

@MegMain98 I also have boosted games, mainly due to sounds but still boosted it happens to us all.
I can crush any Spirit with Iron will and Spine chill. It also happens to completely counter the Nurse. So my build is more powerful than you'd think at first glance :P

@Poweas Iron Will and Spine Chill is a very good build against any killer as it can easily confuse the killer. I don’t run into too many Spirit players to really consider using it. On a typical night I run into more Legion, Myers, Billy, and Huntress than any other killers.
I only use Iron Will on my Claudette because it is easiest to hide with Claudette.
You also have to hope Nurse doesn’t have Stridor as it is very common for them to run it since it is a teachable from her. A lot of Spirit players also use Stridor, then your Iron Will is pretty useless since they will always know where you are.
@thesuicidefox brought up a very valid point in another thread saying that Stridor is a great perk on Spirit since it counters her only weakness which is Iron Will. I’m probably going to test it out on my Spirit. It’s just the fact of getting used to it.
