I wouldn't anticipate an admin siding with you over a mod, especially since warnings are given when you violate rules, not over matters of opinion.

Admins are there to uphold what is truthful and to listen to members and not to side on anyone.
That is why they are entrusted with that responsibility.

If you got warned then you broke a rule, take that warning and learn.

That's what mods are for. If you got a warning it's cause you violated the rules. Of course you're welcome to share your warning if you feel otherwise.

Dont need to "speak your side" when the entire thing is saved and available for everyone to read.

If I am proven guilty I wall accept it but all I ask is for someone to please listen to my side as to why I feel and acted in that manner.
I do not have to tell you the situation since that is only for concerned individual and not for everyone who for just the majority will be out to judge me.

Why does anyone need to listen to another word when they can simply review the postings youve already said on the thread that was bad enough that a mod had to shut it down.
It would be similar to if someone is trying to plea innocent of a crime while a video is playing behind them of them commiting it

You talk like you get a trial or something. If a mod gave you a warning that's it dude, accept it and learn from it and move on instead of being overdramatic. You haven't been falsely accused of murder or imprisoned, you got a slap on the wrist on a gaming forum.

If you have a problem with your punishment, then try talking to the moderator who administered the punishment to you. However, with that said, try to be polite about it because getting aggressive towards that moderator will make things even worse.
