デスノート ------- Death Note
i believe this would be very hard to develop.
The killer must be (ofc) Ryuk (リューク, Ryūku) is a Shinigami who indirectly gives Light Yagami a Death Note after becoming bored with the Shinigami Realm. In an effort to amuse himself, he steals a second Death Note and drops it into the Human World for someone to find. This Death Note is discovered by Light, who uses it in an attempt to rid the world of evil and injustice, satisfying Ryuk's need for entertainment.
His appearence Ryuk has a fairly humanoid appearance. He is extremely slim and has light-gray skin, almost blue-ish in color, with spiky black hair; thin, blue-gray lips; and sharp, pointed teeth. His limbs are abnormally long, and he wears rings on his fingers. He has large, round yellow eyes with bright red irises and retractable feather-like wings on his back that enable him to fly.
Ryuk should be like wraith
His power should be something like, after you stalk the survivor you will be able to hit him, the survivor now will be able to see you, once the survivor is hit you will have his DNA and you can "write" his name (altho Ryuk would never write a name, he would make the others) in the "book" like a trap, if you doesn't leave his terror radios and heal from the wound you will get down without a 2nd attack. Basically his terror radio will be the 2nd attack. BUT!!!!!! IF a survivor heals the another survivor while in killer's radio the "death note name" will be transfered to the survivor that healed him, making him going insta down.

i was thinking here. 2ND OPTION
what about there's no survivor, this killer is so particulary that we could do this:
The killer will have 2 forms.
1st form. Survivors Realm: The killer will look like a very different survivor and will have terror radio, this killer in survivor's form will be able to hit with a knife kitchen/ stiletto or a PEN ... this killer form will NEVER ever be possible to down a survivor, his only gold is to get the victim's blood. (since he doesn't have ink he will need to get the blood and for the purpose of this game, he will select by the victim's blood)
2nd form. Once the killer gets the blood, he will desguise to a new entity. Ryuk, like the photo, he will have the killers powers as usual.
The thing is... once ur DNA is written in the book he (the killer 1st form) will always be able to call Ryuk and attack without the need of the 1st form.Until the match ends.
