Dont know if i'm being dumb or anything but I thought everyone had unlimited bloodpoints, ect on ptr to test out all new stuff?

Nope, that was never the case. They always copied your profile from "live" to ptr on a specific day and that is used only there and will always reset to this particularly profile on every logout/login.
But I can truly support this as a request
