Yes, because its largely bug fixes, not sure why some people are so furious about it.

It's the fact that they nerfed him. It's not exactly the nerf themselves that's the issue. The man is already no more powerful than Myers, and I'd go as far to say worse than trapper. Why does he need nerfs?

No, because there were no corresponding buffs to balance out the nerfs. I'm otherwise sympathetic to this hotfix.

I feel like the ones complaining about his nerf are holding back the game. If he was made strong the same people would be complaining saying that they are making it easy for bad killers to win.
I don't mind I just want fun playing as and against him. I don't understand the overreaction to a few tiny changes.

You don’t get to play as or against him if he isn’t viable. New killer ain’t fun if it might as well not exist.
