Will be a splinter offering for Ghostface (Like Pig, Myers, Freddy and Leatherface)?

I went ahead and made the splinter.
On the right he has his murder weapon.
The left, he is flicking ya off, cause he wants to kill you.
And the Fedora is so he can hide some of his glaring white on the face, for a better time sneaking up on people, unnoticed, while looking mysterious and classy.

@The_Daydreamer that's because they stopped making Licensed Killers.
All the others killers can be bought from playtime, however, the licensed killers can't be bought from that. So the devs made the offerings so free players can still play them for free.
They didn't need to make more because the other killers can be bought using shards, but licensed have to use money, so that'll probably apply to Ghost Face. So that plebs (like me) can get the chance to play Ghost Face without straight away buying him.

I have the DLC, but i want a new splinter to my colection too, so, that's maybe another reason XD

I never found a Splinter, since I have already unlocked all the killers, but they are useful offerings for licensed characters.

Splinter offerings only appear if you don't have the killer (If you have the DLC, uncheck them and restart the game, then the splinters will appear) (Anyway, are ultra rare offerings)

To answer your question though, I would assume yes. The splinters were put in for all licensed killers that you may not own. That being said, I am not certain. If you already own the DLC the likelihood of you finding a splinter is slim to none as well. I heard the Developers stopped making the splinters, but that being said they also stopped the licensed killers and since there's another one, there's a new possibility. ^^
