Do you have to get all teachables?

I’ve seen that you don’t have to get all of the teachables to stop them cluttering bloodwebs. But I’ve ignored one for about 15+ bloodwebs and my other teachable has not come up instead?

    I've done this with my newer characters, I mean, not unlocking teachables.

    At most, I've had to eat 2 or 3 full bloodwebs carrying over 2 undesired teachables, before other perks appeared.

    In the end, "wasting" 2 or 3 bloodwebs is way cheaper than having a useless teachable clog 3 level 50 bloodwebs on all your characters.

    You do have to get 2 of the teachables for a character, but you can skip 1. In fact, you really should skip the worst perk for each character you play.

    It would be nice if you decide to skip a teachable from another char in one BW, it wouldn't show up in the very next one.
