- Increase penatly for hitting Skillchecks by +3% or more %.
- Remove "Generator Stun" (duration where Survivors that are working on generator can't progress after hitting Skillcheck)
I think this will not lose much of power level of Ruin but at the same time it will be less annoying, because you will not have to just wait until you can repair again. You can keep working all time, but penalty will be increased.
Also, If you repair with more people the penalty could be bigger for not having that stun for everyone.

Hit the skill checks or cleanse the totem. If your worried about the stun that much just gen tap

they can fix gen tap by putting some cooldown by 10s of not touching that gen

Gen tap is the worst thing what you can do. It's like having Ruin with power level x3. Your repair speed is WAY slower than normal.
