    Not really, they're just super easy to find during the associated event

    No. Luck doesn’t affect chests at all.

    Luck is just for unhooking yourself, not chests. I wish the luck mechanic was changed so that it would affect chests too: perks like Up The Ante and all the luck offerings would be used more.
