BBQ & Chili bug?

is it just me or has anyone else noticed a but with BBQ & Chili? I'm consistently hooking all 4 survivors, but any only receiving 3 stacks. Maybe I missed something in the patch notes or somewhere else? I play on PS4 so maybe that's contributing. Any and all help is appreciated!

It's a pretty common bug occurring just recently. It is only a visual bug, you still get that sweet fourth stack.
