Does Ghostface have contact with the outside world?
Ghostface's leaked mori shows him taking a selfie with the Survivor he just killed, and then fiddling with his phone for a bit before putting it away. Now, it can be safely assumed that Ghostface is doing one of two things: He is saving the picture to his phone, or he is sending it to others. While it's entirely possible a 90s flip phone like his probably didn't have the instant texting and social media that modern cell phones do, it also has much, much less memory, and even for Ghostface, it seems odd to save the exact same selfie to his phone over and over again to look at in private. I think it makes more sense that he has some sort of outlet to post his selfies online—but the real question is, where?
Is there some sort of Entity Internet that his phone is connected to? Does he send it to other Killers, and if so, whom? Ghostface is the only modern-age Killer to be from an era with mobile phones that could even be considered capable of social networking outside of telephony except for the Legion and possibly the Wraith; the most recent Killers after them are from just a smidgen before that time period, and even if they could get their hands on texting phones, they would probably chuck them into the campfire as an offering.
So if not the Killers, then whom? The Survivors don't have phones, do they? Likely not; if they did, they'd be using them. Could it be possible that Ghostface sends these photos to people who aren't trapped within the Entity's realm? Could it be that he is the only being trapped within that place to have any semblance of contact with the world outside?
I think it could be a possibility.

There are no cell towers in the Entity's realm.

flip phones could hold several hundred photos because the picture size and quality weren't as memory intensive as they are today. today we're taking 4k photos. back then in the late 90's early 2000's (i know this because i was alive then) flip phones were taking less than a hundredth of a megapixel - for reference a 12 megapixel photo is about 36 MB (or 36 megabytes)
you could still hold several hundred photos on a 1GB internal memory card.
Also - if you've never seen scream - SPOILER WARNING -
but ghostface is actually 2 people. they could be texting each other. They could also just be clearing out older photos and reminiscing.

I just think it was an odd choice to have him do that in the mori, considering he never did it in the movies. I guess they had to include the cell phone somehow, so there you go . At least it's a 90's flip phone and not a modern smart phone, just another hint this is based on the movie version of Ghostface.

From what we seen about ghostface he seems to be a bit of a narcissistic douche but also very over-the-top.
So it wouldn't surprise me then he's just doing it for the fun of it actually it's quite possible that he'd simply does it to show it to the other Killers.
we know that the members of the legion were from the 90s so it's likely that they have phones as well.

Ever heard of Survive with Friends with voicecomms?

Also, Amanda (Pig) is a modern-day killer too.

He's sending them to The Entity so he can frame them in the Hall of The Fog.

It is most likely that the process of photographing himself with the victim is part of his ritual. Most serial killers have patterns of behavior they go through before, during and after a kill. It becomes their signature and helps to increase the personal gratification from the act. Considering that the reporter has been able to somewhat make a career out of writing about his own murders. He pretty comfortable with his process and that means he has killed for a decent amount of time.
Another common serial killer trait is the collecting of trophies. You can see a textbook example of this in The Clown with is keyring of fingers and bird feather collection from when he was young. Ghostface could also take the pictures as his trophy of a successful kill. Photographs of victims either before their death or after their death have been taken as trophies in real life serial killings. The pictures are a way of reliving the memories of each murder until they need to kill again.
I am sort of a serial killer fan.

Honestly, that might be kinda answer. If Ghostface has to desire to send them, then he basicly sends it to the Entity. And the Entity just throws it into the void.

Sadly, they changed the flip phone for a camera.

I think I noticed this before in game. I remember exiting to menu and having ghostface's breathing sound odd, and a bit lighter, in the menu until after my next game.
And before someone says this is a placebo effect, I noticed this before even seeing anything about it. I just took note and continued with my killing.

If phones were to be found inside the Entity's Realm they would just be things created by the Entity itself like the Medkit, the Flashlights ecc... and even if it was a real phone, it would certently do not work as it would in the real world. In my opinion, Ghostface is simply saving the photo for himself as a reminder.

In the anniversary livestream they talked about him being a fun guy to be around. He's also a photographer so i assume so.

Theres part of the lore about the red stain being evidence of the entity having some control over the killers. But ghostface'a ability removes his red stain.. maybe ghostface is like the deadpool of the dbd universe. Hes self aware of where he is and manipulates that to have an actual camera, not by entity design. Perhaps he even can contact the outside world?

I always figure he knew where he was because as soon as he was taken and heard the scream he smiled, but his lore shows hed only be happy bringing his stories to life for everyone to see, that's why i believe DBD is a thing in his universe, it might not be a game (since he is supposed to be from the 90's and i dont really see how DBd would work as a game in that time) it could be a show or light novel in his world but he already had knowledge of it and where he was and that others would see what he did and would do
