Best and Worst Perks?

I wanted to know everyone's opinions on the best and worst perks to run. I have my own list, and reasoning too. Well, here goes:

**Top 4 Best Perks: **
Sprint Burst-
I usually always run Sprint Burst. It's effective on gaining some distance between the killer and yourself. But whoever runs it needs to make sure not to activate it unless necessary (if you're being chased by the killer).

Self Heal-
I usually play rounds where my teammates are nowhere to be found. And I'm a pretty bad hoarder haha :"), so I use Self Heal to get myself back into the swing of things when I lose the killer, and I'm injured. (Also helps me when someone unhooks me and runs off to god knows where)

Urban Evasion-
Ah, good old Urban Evasion. It's the best if you're a stealth player like myself. I usually make a sharp turn and waddle off somewhere where the killer won't be able to find me in. Works most of the time if you haven't been put into the injured state (in which your blood trail lets the killer know where you are)

Premonition-
As stated previously, I'm a stealth player. Premonition at its top tier helps me locate where the killer is in an appropriate amount of time that I need for finding an area to hide in. That's all I have to say about it.

Top 4 Worst Perks:
Deja Vu-
Deja Vu is one of the worst perks in the entire game. It's much easier to locate a generator yourself, rather than wasting a perk slot on something that will tell you what you already know. The lights that are located above the generators themselves are telling as to where it is. I only see this as effective if you're in a closed area such as the Gideon Meat Plant, or Léry's Memorial Institute. However, there are add-ons that you can put on a map that will do the exact same thing for you.

Calm Spirit-
I just... I don't know why this is even in the game anymore. Killers barely run Spies From the Shadows, a perk that allows the killer to get a notif whenever you scare off a crow. Besides, you can prevent a lot of crows from flying away just by crouch walking by them. Calm Spirit does not even apply to crows on the ground, which will be scared off no matter what.

Sole Survivor-
This perk relies on the fact that you're playing a game with three other survivors. It doesn't account for the fact that survivors can either: not load in or disconnect. Besides, it barely provides any bonus to you, unless you are the obsession. I consider myself an altruistic survivor, and I don't like my teammates dying, so this wouldn't prove useful to me at all.

No Mither-
Why. Would. You. Run. A. Perk. That. Hinders. You. No Mither doesn't do much other than reducing your grunts and not leaving a blood trail. If you want to get up from the dying state, just run unbreakable. I wouldn't even run unbreakable at all, since it's not common for killers to leave you on the ground, unless they're pulling the slug tactic, which isn't too often. No Mither is a perk that doesn't even fully reduce your grunts either. Iron will does the same thing, without hindering you. Of course, you still bleed, but on the third tier of it, you reduce grunts by 100% all of the time.

So, what do you guys think? What are your favorite and least favorite perks to run? This is all just my opinion, I do not intend to come off as rude in my post, so if there is something bothering you about my wording, I apologize.

Yeah, slippery meat does suck. I would never waste a perk slot on it
