The Hag's Scarred Hand add-on
The Scarred Hand add-on has been improved. However, it still states that this add-on trumps all other add-ons. Does that mean it negates other add-ons' effects? I want to try it with the new Waterlogged Shoe, but if that is the case, the hand is still gabo.
I want to test it myself, but my killer rank is 20, so no survivors join my lobby.

No, it means it forces a phantasm to pop (trump Rusty Shackles) and you can't teleport to it at your will (trump Mint Rag). It should work with Waterlogged Shoe, since the shoe slows down survivors within trap's radius, regardless of it being triggered (it slows you down when you crouch within the radius as well).

Most Ultra-rare will still be inferior to the basic add-ons/kits. They're mostly for fun and to surprise survivors.

If it says it will trump other add-ons, it just means it will make them great again. Also it means you a colluding with Russians.
