People just stereotype that survivors run their teachables. Unbreakable and Borrowed Time are quite .... interesting to deal with.

Hopefully. My main concern is about his perks. Will Left Behind, Borrowed Time and Unbreakable stay unlocked and perks for everyone? Or will they become his teachables and lock up for any character that doesn't have them yet until you unlock it?

Oh, yeah I can agree with that. Borrowed Time I don't mind too much, but Unbreakable really sucks if I leave someone on the ground because someone is trying to flashlight save.

How is this wonderful? I don't want Bill and I already have the ability to access all his perks. Now I'll have to level up another survivor just to get perks I already could have before. -.-

As far as Bill's perks are concerned:
- He will receive his perks as teachable perks.
- If you have the perks unlocked on other characters already, you will still be able to use them.
- The perks will not show up in newly generated bloodwebs until the teachable versions are unlocked.
- The perks can show up in the shrine.

@TAG and now we have to level Bill up to 40 to even be allowed to use his perks if we:
prestige a character
haven't learned them from a character
buy a new character
Also afaik Bill is loud AF.
We had one good thing on PS4. Now that's gone.

Everyone is complaining about his perks but personally I don't mind it. The mod already said that you can still use it on other characters if you have it. Some people want to play Bill, it's okay for you to not like him being added but it's not okay for people to say he shouldn't be added just because they don't feel like working for his perks. It will come out July 23rd at the earliest. If you want his perks without leveling him up then get it before that date.

@Crazewtboy It's just we had ONE thing that made having it on PS4 at least more bearable. Now we're losing that. And if you prestige one character they'll be gone again. Also now the shrine will start having those perks too, which will be frustrating.

Well then I guess don't prestige the character. I don't know how to help you with that. My best advice would be save up blood points and get him to level 40 the second he comes out so it isn't a problem. I just don't see it as a downgrade to the game. It didn't make anything any less bearable to me. I get on the game to play with my friends and have some fun and I don't mind having to unlock everything again. I can see how you feel it is a major punch in the gut to console to an extent though. I guess what it all boils down to is whether you have wanted the character or not (and if you have a prestige 3 character with all Bill's perks already because in that case you don't need to prestige them)
