Is the survivor faster injured state or am i seeing someone cheating?, it seemed like he was faster injured and he was twice as fast, it didnt look like lag or cheating but it was odd

No they aren't any faster but it depends on the how long they were moving faster and what time in the game it was. If it was endgame it could be something like Hope.

Survivors are not faster when injured - they just get that initial speed when hit which quickly goes, if you suspect someone of cheating - please report in game and send any video evidence to support : https://support.deadbydaylight.com

Hello! Injured state does not increase the survivor speed compared to healthy state. This is of course not considering the sprint they get once you hit them.

There are some perks that lets survivor have extra speed for a limited amount of time, but that's not related to them being injured. 🙂
