I can't watch the vid but i assume he was hit with a pallet while carrying someone but didn't drop them.

This is cause of latency 100% not because of a bug.

A killer can hit through a pallet before he gets stunned. Sometimes the timing can be a milisecond apart and it will look like he didnt hit you.
Also keep in mind that every action needs communication between host and client which also has a slight delay.

I'm having issues with bugs or exploits as well. I have posted videos of me sprinting but my character begins shaking and crouching being a dead fish for the killer to hang as well as moments when skill checks go off but nothing is visible for me to hit them. Lastly, I have had many games where could not work on gens or heal. It wouldnt give me the option. The videos a posted below.

The healing bug gets me mad every time, like, they're downed, you hela them, and instead of getting up you need to pres the heal button again for them to get up...
