Question about ranking up...
So I was playing a lot of Survivor last night and I got back to rank 1. I had a match where I hadn't been downed once and the exit gates were powered, and The Wraith was proxy camping a Dwight. This was his first time being hooked too. The killer didn't have NOED and the other 2 teammates just left straight away, and I felt mean just leaving him behind so I took a hit, unhooked him and then took another hit so he wasn't downed again. I didn't have BT, but I knew he had DH and we were close enough to the gate that I knew he would escape. Which he did.
At the end of the match I was the only person who died, but I was still at the top of the leaderboard with 25K, I also had 2 irridescant emblems and 2 gold. For some reason I lost a pip after this match and went back down to rank 2. How was 25K enough to depip? Was this a bug or is it almost impossible to stay at rank 1 now? I’ve been rank 1 plenty of times, but I’ve never lost a pip after getting so many BP...

Because the ranking system is completely busted for both killer and survivor

With 2 Iridescent and 2 Gold Emblems you nearly double-pipped. There is no way you should have been depipped.

The company needs a QA department to keep the devs on their toes. This game has waaaaay too many bugs.

@Aven_Fallen That’s what I thought. But I definitely lost a pip. Just done my first match of the day and did worse than I did yesterday but I have now gone back up to rank 1. It must just be bugged.

Did you lose a pip before said match? Or maybe two Pips because of a DC?
Because sometimes it does not calculate it right away. It was bugged for sure, it is just a matter of which bug it was exactly.

@Aven_Fallen That’s the thing, I was having consistently good matches last night though. These were the 2 matches I had prior to the one in the main post...
