Mori's As the Base Package...
Ok, hear me out before you lose your mind on me.
Mori's are extremely powerful, and are not hard to come by. I have at least 20 or more EM's on 6 killers. I don't like using them though. You don't pip up, and you end the match too quickly. That said, I played enough survivor to know that Mori's are annoying when you start seeing them a lot during events. It is often used as a way to grief survivors as well. (Not that they are innocent...some might be...but...)
I know the thing that sucks is that they work after one hook. It cuts the game too short. So why not a slight tweak to mori's? I think this tweak could be helpful in the use of mori's without ending the game too soon, as well as clearing up blood webs that are already cluttered.
What if every killer had mori built into their base package. In order to use the Mori, the killer has to get 6 hooks. It then activates. (Number of hooks could be tweaked, but I would not go below 5.) The mori can only be used in place of the third hook. This seems like it would be unfair, but think of the time it would save the killer. It lowers the risk of interrupt by flashlight, and you don't have to carry to that hook. You get rewarded for getting several hooks by being able to outright kill instead of the third hook.
This would replace mori offerings, and become something achievable through gameplay in each match.
Not perfect, but perhaps it could be a starting point.

I'm not saying this is a bad idea but I don't think it's necessary as of now to implement an idea like this. Mori's are powerful and do sometimes become common in the blood web. Maybe in low ranks an ebony might be a bit much but in high ranks I see it as more of a punishment tool for killers who are being bullied. Your idea is to implement a mori into the base kit of every killer and when expectations are met killer can then perform a mori. Maybe I'm not getting the full gist but I think it would be more simple to implement the cypress mori into the base kit. Given how endgame has changed I think it would be appropriate for the killer to be able to kill the last survivor without a an offering.

That's not a bad idea. Like I said, it's an idea to reward the killer for a good hunt, limit the clutter on blood webs, and limit potential griefing with mori's during events.

I'll like to add that every survivor should be hooked in order for this to activate, which is 4 hooks. After the killer hooks everyone, they need to get a total of 6 hooks before they can start to mori survivors.
If this is base, what about Devour Hope, Rancor, and Mori Offerings?

I don't think the Entity will like that.
Also, why would i run Devour Hope after this gets in?
1-hits are awesome, but you strife for the kills.

I would rather have Cypress moris built in :/

Really, just give us a free green mori if we have dailies that require mori-ing.

Moris as and offering shouldn't exist tbh (except Cypress and that should be built-in as well).

tbh cypress mori should be base kit, there is no reason why it shouldnt

There is. You have few things that can still give that last Survivor chance to escape from you. Like perks (Flip-Flop, Boil Over), no close hooks near by, etc.

Lol! Really! This is what survivors are crying about now! I might as well kiss goodbye Mori now! The babies cry and the developers come running to give the spoiled babies what’s they want. Maybe they Should take away the power of the killer altogether.

Mori should work after the 2nd hook.

Um, this is not a nerf idea and I am no survivor main. My Trapper takes issue with that accusation. This is more of a lateral move for mori's. One that would reward the killer for multiple hooks in EVERY match and clear up clutter in our blood webs that makes room for more addons. Quit your crying @imaentitledsurvivor .
The concept would move the mori to part of the killer's base package. As shown above, there are some barriers to the idea, but I don't think it is completely undoable. I know I have more than 20 EMs on every killer, and easily 30 plus cypress on each. I don't like using moris very often because I'd rather BP, and I find moris too easily abused when they can be used after one hook. So why not clear up that space for better stuff and make it part of the base kit where you have to hook each survivor once and then 2 random hooks before it kicks in.
Granted, it will then be hard for those that solely camp or tunnel to meet those requirements, but that might encourage them to mix in other strategies as well, thus making them better killers in the long run.

Don't quit your day job if you have one because you're no good at trolling.

Not hard to come by? I just sank about 200k on the effing clown for ANY mori to get his dumb challenge and all I got were yellows!
You have twenty ebony laying around?!?

Or they could make it to where you are able to mori a person when they are on death hook? Idk just an idea.

7 hooks. All 4 survivors hooked to activate. Gives you a green mori. Remove yellow and green mori's from the blood webs. Keep Ebony ones as an offering. This would require a bit of work for the kill while freeing up blood web space.

I actually made a thread explaining a reasonable way to incorporate mori kills into the base gameplay while at the same time limiting the overall usage per trial and implementing a give and take incentive for choosing mori or hook.
