Obsession but no Perks?
Has anyone encountered this issue at all??? Every now and then if I’m killer or survivor there’s an obsession in the game, but when the game ends and I look at everyone’s perks and add ons nobody in the match had anything that would make them the obsession including myself. I went against The Spirit and I was the obsession so I assumed she had rancor, she tunneled me at the end of the game after getting unhooked and knocked me but didn’t use rancor which confused me so when the game ended, I looked at her stuff and she had no obsession perks.

This has happened to me too. Very weird.

Some addons also give you an obsession even w/o any obsession perks, maybe thats why?

I don't think I've come across this bug. If it happens to you again, take a screenshot of the end-game table and post it here. Maybe you've overlooked something. Or you can post it in the bug section.

I also was an obsession without any perks that warrant it. Yet one of my fellow SV players had DS and wasn't the obsession. Go figure 🤷♂️

I was playing a game with my friend and I had no obsession perks. The killer had dying light. And my buddy told me that he was using DS. But somehow I ended up being the obsession which was kind of triggering to me. Since I don’t use obsession perks in general to avoid the negatives that come with being an obsession.
on Xbox this obsession bug has happened 3 times to me alone.

@Horror_Gaming DS makes anyone the obsession to avoid 100% knowing that you have DS

That doesn’t seem very balanced when I get punished by the Mori dying light combo. Especially when I’m only the obsession because someone else brought DS..
