Do something for the Sprint Burst bug, please.
This is getting ridiculous. First Wake Up users, now it's Sprint burst?
Back then, you warned players with a message in game about the Double blade bug on Legion. Why there's nothing for this?
"It is not as gamebreaking" -> Wake Up was but there wasn't any message still.
"u kill3r m4in" -> I am not, I play both sides equally.
You decided not to do anything about Wake Up, that was a terrible choice. Please don't do the same mistake with Sprint burst.
EDIT: Currently playing Nurse only to counter the bug. Out of 7 games I met SB bug abusers in 6, this is just awful.

They also didn’t do anything about tinkerer2 and the legion blade bug that came around with the wake up bug.
There was a big difference with the original legion blade bug and the wake up bug.

Some players are abusing a bug that allow to not activate Sprint burst while you start running. Basically making a better working Dead Hard with little to no counterplay.

Agreed what's going on with Sprint Burst? I don't like it as a perk when playing survivor so I only use it with Meg for the most part.
Is it boosting all actions by 150% for 3 seconds when you press the run button or something?

@Swiftblade131 there are certain things you can do the makes it so you can run and not get exhausted. This allows you to have any time sprint burst. Almost like a dead hard that gave you speed.

Since almost everyone is doing this right now on every single match, I think it's time to take the dust off those total 250 or so ebony mories across all my killers.

I've never prestiged any killer, so maybe that has something to do with it? I mean, I've been hoarding those things from day 1 without losing a single one.

Prestige is suppose to increase rarity. LOL I am P3 on mostly everything and I think it is a lie.

Yeah, that used to be the case for the old bloodweb system. And I think it might still affect pre level 50 bloodwebs, but once you get to level 50, all bloodwebs are preset to have 1 or 0 ultra rares, 3 very rares, 6 rares, and then a random mix of common and uncommons.

I am and will always be against Mori, but in this occasions (Like the Wake Up bug) I will walk around using Ebony mori but with the rule of using it only on people abusing Sprint Burst on me. Toxic? Maybe. But do I really have a choice in the matter?

Ive started playing trapper almost exclusively.. its been effective
Still lose to hard gen rush, but just dodge multitoolbox lobbies

There have been killer bugs too. The only reason the Legion infinite mend bug got that warning is because of how long it was in the game.

They were different, but both were making the game hell at the same time. You couldn't counter any of this and forced me to play Nurse only with the Wake Up bug and straight up DC against the double blade bug, even tho I highly despise it.

It is definitely a lie, that's a proven fact. There are videos about it.
I have 67 ebony mories on my P0 Huntress alone. Add 40 something on each: Billy, Bubba, Trapper, Myers, and 20+ on each Wraith, Nurse, Doc and Spirit.
I lied, that's over 300 there :)

If a 100% legal in-game item will settle the score with bug exploiters, I'm all in.
I previously only used mories for daily rituals and against teams of 4 Claudettes, but I think now's the time to take them off the shelf.

I think this has happened a few times where sprint burst hasn't activated when it should have. This has gotten me killed AND it's being interpreted as me intentionally abusing a bug?? I only play 1 or 2 matches a day, I think it's going to be zero for awhile. I'm too frustrated by the spaghetti and potatoes.

There are a lot of SB abusers on Ps4. Every game has at least one of them it's a problem.

Wake Up bug was ridiculous but not directly game breaking; the first legion blade bug absolutely WAS game breaking, whereas the second wasn't, and they didn't make a message for it. Same for pinky finger and PWYF.
The sprint burst bug isn't as anywhere nearly as bad as the others mentioned were.
The bug works as intended most of the time; you have to do something specific to make the bug happen (and I don't know nor care to know what that is) and even so it isn't an unlimited use bug - it's still exhaustion based, plus many people will look like they're using it when using the standard trick of running with it 99% and when the killer gets close, walking for a moment and then running again to use the perk for distance. It doesn't really change the game all that much. (But should be fixed, although I think having more control over the use of an exhaustion perk would be nice...at least for lithe, which I find to be useless outside of QnQ plus DWM combo)

Can someone explain to me how wake up was not game breaking but the legion bug was?
Legion Bug: Made it impossible for survivors to mend likely resulting in death.
Alert along with other perks due to bug made the game speed up to practically be gg instant win. So the killer always lost.
So Legion Blades: Survivor practically ggez you lost. (Addons consumed)
Wake Up Perk: Killer practically ggez you lost. (Perk not consumed)

I was playing Ghostface on coal tower i had 4 survivors abusing it i facecamped the first dude for abusing it i ended up 4king them but yeah i agree i hope they fix the bug also the one with the map as well soon.

You couldn't play the game if hit by the blade, and back then it was also impossible to avoid taking a hit from FF.
Wake Up! was not simply a win by its use, but was a major advantage. As with a number of other bugs that popped up over time after blade bug 1.0, such as the legion blade bug 2.0 in which the blades had the same issue as Wake Up! in which they caused all actions to be slowed for the entire game once hit once, or the pinky finger bug that meant the clown didn't need to skillshot to get the exposed effect off.

You can arguably say you couldn't play the game as killer if the entire team was using it. One severely made the game too fast. One made it entirely too slow. Both are broken in their own right. Legion bug was based on two addons the perk was used game after game.
You could avoid a hit from FF not group up. They were the same type of bug just opposite effects.
Although, the clown bug I didn't know about. However, I find it funny that when people complained wake up wasn't a problem I said what if devour hope or noed or similar ran the entire game. XD I got my wish I guess >.>

No. You could physically move and still chase people and down them; plenty of people won vs SWF's that ran it, it was stressful and should have been hotfixed sooner, but it was categorically NOT the same.
Right. You could avoid it by not grouping up, except old Legion could travel decent distances much faster in FF and it was incredibly easy to ensure you hit. What players did was hit one person with it and then run off to find others, to make sure that length got really long REALLY fast, and it wasn't hard. Old Legion was a guaranteed 1 person in DW having to mend, and with that bug that meant zero counterplay. Gens being done really fast can be countered by exerting tons of pressure. (Again, it clearly was TOO fast but it did not remove the ability to exert said pressure)

Yeah and people complain about kilers being weak. So stupid i know. Killers have to keep their offerings far away to seem weaker.

I'm more than positive the developers know about this already.
Usyllis and MULTIPLE other streamers have pointed it out. No need to make a thread bashing developers over a hot-fix.
It will more than likely be patched when the Freddy rework goes live. Until then, either play killer and get over it or play survivor!

I reported this bug at the day ghostface came out most were laughing at it.
Devs already attempted to bug fix it but they failed.

What this discussion really should be about is why aren't all bugs bannable almost right away? It's obvious when bug abuse is happening oh I just so happened to want to use sprint burst even though I never use it. Same with the Legion add-ons ect.

No its hard to detect when people just use sprint or they use it to exploit the heck out of it. People even use sprint burst post exhaustion so you can never tell whether they use sprint legit way or exploiting the bug. What needs to be done is simply fixing that bug .

I never said exploiting was OK. They've only claimed to ban people for one exploit, ever.
Yet this community is hellbent on telling the devs they're being biased against killers for not banning for others, when there are relevant bugs that help the killer theyre not banning for too.

TBH I did not know about this or the wake up bug (dont come here that often) the last one I heard of was that black aura crap
