Davids's perks reworked/buffed to be better.
Detective David Tapp has some okay perks but they could be slightly better to be used more and make the meta different and thus more fun.
Tenacity:
There is nothing stopping you.
Your ferocious tenacity in dire situations allows you to crawl 30/40/50 % faster and recover at the same time. Additinally you gain 50/75/100% more points in the survival category.

Detective's Hunch:
Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability.
When completing a Generator, Detective's Hunch gains a token up to a maximum of 3/4/5 tokens. When the final gen is done reveal the killers aura for 10seconds per token.

Stake Out:
Getting close to the Killer
fills you with determination.
For each 10 seconds you are standing within the Killer's Terror Radius and are not in a Chase, you gain a Token up to a maximum of 4/6/8 Tokens.
When Stake Out has at least 1 Token, Good Skill Checks are considered Great Skill Checks and consume 1 Token. Additonally great skillchecks will add an additonal 1/2/3% progression.

Well, i think this ll not make him op, but it ll make him at least viable.

Tenacity: I would rather to help that perk in direct way, not just increase bloodpoints gain.
Detective's Hunch: I don't like this idea of rework. We have Dark Sence for this effect And still, I would not run this perk anyway. Still not worth or fun for me.
Stake Out: That's way too much. Remove one of these listed buffs and it would be way better

I feel this version of Detective's Hunch is a nerf, and thats a lot to say about this perk. If we were to keep its current mechanics, I would make it like Poised and increase its duration.
The other ones sound fine. I would say Stake Out should accumulate stacks like Diversion does; even while downed or hooked.
