Hello



Does anyone Know if Sloppy Butcher applies the Hemorrhage status effect beside The mangled ?


Because I just ran into a Legion without add ons and he had Sloppy butcher !


Or do you get it if you were hit by the Deep wound timer ? Cause it doesn't say that in his Power .. was it among the buffs or is it just a bug ?
