Did you just throw darts at a wall?
Trapper has to pick his power up off the ground, decide where to put it, walk there, put it down, and hope survivors step on it, all while not being able to devote his full attention to what is happening around him it otherwise apply pressure. He's like playing a killer who is crippled.

Each tierlist I see on here either is very accurate or gets weirder everytime I see them

Slowly, a limited number of times, until someone comes around and disarms it. Not to mention survivors can outright remove your power entirely. He might not be bottom tier but you can't possibly put him with Nurse or Hag.
