Got a question here.
Has anyone ever get banned for using CUSTOMER PERKS, ADD-ONS, ITEMS and so on?

Thought this post was gonna be about a competition for survivors to make perks that could be implemented in game. Kinda sad now :(

No one has. Devs said they are ok with it, and EAC has said too ask the devs. In theory, yes, because it is file tampering, but they don't care since it has no gameplay advantage/disadvantage.
