When a survivor is trying to find the key to unlock their bear trap do you chase and try to hook them or do you leave them alone and find other survivors so they have a chance?


I personally do the latter

    If they are in the way or the only one I spot I go for them otherwise I just go for the unhooker, if I just do happen to stubble upon them I’ll go after them I’m not gonna ignore a survivor it could cost me later on in the game.

    not a pig main I mean I play most killer but I do stick with 3 most of the time .when I use the pig I find other survivors so they have a chance but I do that with all killers

    I'll go for them if I stumble into them or if I spot them working at or moving toward a box with BBQ. Beyond that, it's not really a good idea to actively hunt them down since it strongly diminishes the stall potential of the RBTs.

    If I find them while looking for others I'm going to down them and hook them. Why wouldn't I? It's an ez hook.

    It will not go out of my way to chase someone down with a reverse bear trap or do an extended chase with them.


    However if they happen to not currently be on somebody and I happened to run into someone with the reverse bear trap I'm going to go after them.

    The trap doesn't grant you immunity from being chased.

    Well I personally think it's stupid to go and set your sights on just going after people with reverse bear traps but ignoring them like they don't exist in my opinion is also equally as stupid.

    I don’t tunnel but if I come across them again and they don’t Boop the Snoot, we have a problem...

    "I hear peep I tunnel!" Thats how all 200 iq Pigs play.

    No I dont tunnel the trap as there is no point doing so. If I come a cross trapped survivor I give them smack and go chase people that are working on gens.

    I'll chase them if I come across them. Chasing trapped survivors actually puts more pressure on their teammates to save them constantly which inevitably slows the game down.

    If I see them before anyone else I'll happily go for them. A dead survivor gets less done than a stalled one.

    I'm not gonna ignore everything else to patrol boxes, but a trap on your head doesn't make you immune.

    I mostly try to avoid tunneling the person with a trap since they won't do gen atm anyway

    Otherwise the trap would be kind of wasted imo
