Can someone explain to me what exactly "efficiency" mean? Because for me it sounds like it's either faster or consumes less charge. But in both cases we already have addons for that, so it seems redundant

    It affects the consumption rate of the item.

    So it's basically like the addons which adds charge?

    @Peanits why does this addon exists? Wouldn't it be better to remove/rework it so we have less stuff on the bloodweb?

    So, other add-ons such as the Wire Spool add charges. This increses the overall amount of charges per toolbox. The Instructions add-ons increase the efficiency of those charges. One charge on a toolbox is one charge on a gen. However, with Instructions, one charge on a gen is only 0.75 charges on a toolbox. I believe so. So, in certain cases on toolboxes with a lot of charges, Instructions is better.
