Monitor and Abuse with Infectious Fright

I have been trying to figure out whether or not Monitor and Abuse causes Infectious Fright to show Survivors from 24 meters away or 40 meters away (with a standard killer radius). From what I've assumed it procs 40 meters away, but I was hoping someone else had tested it.
I would test it myself in a private lobby but I have no friends that play this game, and trying to count out meters in a public lobby isn't the easiest.

It's your TR at the time of downing them. So the increased TR from m&a is still in effect. So 8 meters more than your usual

Yeah they work well together. Infectious fright works well on EW 3 Myers with M&A.
