Classical Music
Are there any other classical junkies out there? If so, here's a thread for you! To give something to talk about, my favorite composition is the Shostakovich Violin Concerto, movement 4.

Probably two of my favorite pieces are Claude Debussy's 'Clair de Lune' and Zsigmond Szathmáry's 'Volumina'.
'Clair de Lune' is so peaceful and soothing. I used to listen to it when I was younger before going to bed.
'Volumina' I first heard randomly on the radio quite recently, but I absolutely loved how dissonant and frenzied it was.
I'll need to give Shostakovich's violin concerto a listen sometime soon I don't think I've ever heard it.

Just got around listening to that Shostakovich. A bit too playful for me... though I gotta say it would fit a 5 minute Nurse chase :D

Omg Skarkio, sorry, but it's garbage on top of garbage on top of more garbage, except Moonlight Sonata I guess.
Für Elise... god it may even be decent, but the number of doorbells, music toys and other gadgets playing it in the most annoying beepy tone made me hate it. It looks like the guys down in Yiwu only know this single piece of classical music.
