He is in the patch on xbox, they’ve had issues on ps4, so he’ll be a bit delayed. It’s all in the patch notes :)

He is free and in the update on XBOX. He's still coming to PS4, but had to be delayed due to certification reasons. He'll be included as soon as possible (likely in a hotfix).

Is the bug survivor shadow working on a gen solved on ps4?

It is fixed on all platforms, yes.
Fixed an issue that allowed Killers to see Survivors' silhouettes through auras.

They do still award the bonus points, it's just a visual issue. We're looking into it.
