Rejoice! Dark Devotion has been considerably buffed
Not only Nurse can apply it after a Blink attack, it's duration has been increased by 50% and it doesn't have a cooldown anymore. This, however, wasn't described in the patch notes.
This is literally my wet dream. Dark Devotion has been my favourite perk for ages and now I can fully use it!

Correct, and you can trigger it with no limitations.

Did you actually test it to see if the cooldown was removed, or are you referring to a cooldown not being mentioned in the perks description?
Because the cooldown was missing from the description last patch too, but it was still in game.

This is great! Although it still seems a little short, no cooldown is a great addition!

Even with 10 extra seconds of duration and no cooldown, its still very niche. You can't relialbly use it because its tied to the obsession. Maybe there is something very clever to do with it, but so far I don't see it.
