Ohhh Behavior.....

  Ohhhhhhhh Behavior, I’ve had it up to HERE with YOU and your SHENANIGANS. Even though you have no clue how high HERE is, I promise you wouldn’t be able to fully comprehend how high HERE would be....if it STILL EXISTED! That HERE hasn’t existed for eight whole months! I haven’t touched your dead by daylight game in a LOOONG TIME and I don’t regret it at all! But even though the game is out of my life, it STILL PISSES ME OFF!

  HOW DO YOU JUST LEAVE SUCH UNFUN THINGS IN A $20 GAME! A GAME IS SUPPOSE TO STOP ME FROM DOING OTHER FUN THINGS THAT ARE ACTUALLY PRODUCTIVE AND THIS GAME FAILED IN THAT! This will be a while because I find writing this stuff fun.

Now lets talk about looping first. 

  NO ONE LIKES IT

  NO ONE HAS FUN WAITING! THATS THE ONE UNIVERSAL THING THAT NO ONE HAS FUN DOING! WHY IS IT STILL SO PROMINENT OF A STRATEGY IF ITS NOT FUN! I MET MANY PEOPLE IN MY LIFE AND NOT ONE OF THEM SQUEED IN GLEE WHEN I MADE THEM WAIT 25 SECONDS WHILE I RAN AROUND THE KITCHEN TABLE MULTIPLE TIMES. 

  “But Silver! I have fun looping the killers!” You say with those rosy cheeks and curly hair. Well what if i tell you THERES SO MUCH MORE FUN WAYS THAT PEOPLE COULD STALL THE KILLER SO THAT THEIR FRIENDS COULD TURN ON THOSE FIVE REFRIGERATORS! THEY COULD START INTRODUCING NEW MAP MECHANICS (this is a reminder that game development is really hard and that the suggestions given here would take countless hours to fully implement. Now back to your scheduled aimless rant) TO MAKE CHASES MORE INTERESTING AND EXCITING FOR BOTH SIDES! LET SURVIVORS THROW SAND IN THE KILLER’S EYES OR SOMETHING AT DEDICATED SAND TRAYS I DON’T KNOW, JUST HAVE IT BE SOMETHING THAT REQUIRES SOME SKILL TO PULL OFF AND HIGHER SKILL TO AVOID. “But Silver! The game is built so that looping cant be stopped!” WELL MAKE THAT BLOODLUST THING GOOD! MAKE IT SO EVERY TIME YOU REPEATEDLY CHASE SOMEONE UNDER THE SAME PALLET, YOU GET A SPEED BOOST THAT WILL LAST UNTIL THE CHASE ENDS! AND WITH THE SAND OR WHATEVER AROUND, PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO STRATEGICALLY STALL. POSSIBLY WITHOUT THE KILLER KNOWING THEY ARE BEING STALLED.

  “Silver are you ok?” Probably not but that doesn’t matter right now.

Now lets “discuss” how another one of dbd’s unfun mechanics could be solved.

Yes. Its the dreaded CAMPING REMOVAL STRATEGY....THING....THAT MANY PEOPLE PROBABLY DISCUSS DAILY but whatever. CAMPING ISN’T FUN FOR BOTH KILLER OR SURVIVOR SO WHY SHOULD IT STILL BE THERE? ITS LIKE LEAVING A FLY IN AN OK TASTING SOUP! ZERO REASON FOR IT TO BE THERE! So heres what might either work, or go horribly wrong. Probably the latter. So if the killer is in a certain range of the hooked survivor, the survivor’s hook cycle pauses until the killer moves out of range. While the cycle is paused, the generators get repaired by other survivors much faster. Yeah it can possibly do with just the generator thing I realized but I’m too tired to delete that part. 

   While these flaws are not easy to fix I DON’T SEE WHY YOU KEEP ADDING NEW CONTENT INSTEAD OF FIXING THE EXISTING PROBLEMS THAT RUIN THE GAME FOR MANY PEOPLE.

   NOW FOR THIS THING I JUST THOUGHT OF! So...have you ever noticed how people don’t really complain about Nurse? Why? Is it out of fear? Hate? Did your mom scream at you for making too much noise over voice chat again? People have just accepted that she’s nearly unbeatable when played by an extremely skilled player. WHY ISN’T THERE MORE AMAZINGLY POWERFUL STUFF THAT REQUIRES EXTREME SKILL! KILLERS OF COURSE BUT HOW ABOUT MORE SURVIVOR PERKS THAT PEOPLE NEED EXTREME SKILL TO PULL OFF! THAT WILL MAKE THE GAME SO MUCH MORE INTERESTING! AND PEOPLE HAVE SHOWED THEY RESPECT SKILL SO ITS OK IF ITS DONE RIGHT!.....probably.
