They get hit from behind or from the side by a stick of concrete and they hold the center of their stomach. Likewise they can get hit right in the face or in the chest and they still hold their stomach like that is where they are injured. Even though the stomach wasn't anywhere close to the hit


What are these animations even?

    It would take a long time to make the right injured animation for every killer though XD

    They are hugging themselves to feel better, they are scared and depressed. You should give them back rubs, then they stop hugging themselves and are happy again. That is being a good friend.

    The wound magically spawns on the front of them instead of the back.
