What should I so if the support ignores my issue?
I edited a video to report a lagswitcher killer, with clear evidences, 24 hours later I got an aswer saying: thanks for using our support, the team is investigating your issue. Here I am with no more answers one wee later. Literally one week to watch a 3 minutes video. The ticket is still open.

Just look at the profile and see if its banned or smth. If they havent taken any measures, despite the video proof, then theyre support is even worse than i taught...

The "the team is investigating your issue" is the LAST communication they will send you, and they will not tell you the outcome of the investigation.
They aren't ignoring you, they've dealt with it.

@YaiPa I don't think lagswitch warrants an instant permanent ban because it's pretty difficult to tell if someone is lagswitching or if it's just bad connection so keeping tabs on their profile to see if they get a game ban probably isn't a viable option.

Unless you make a full video with evidences and record how the killer admits it, prooving that devs doesn't matter about cheaters

@PolarBear i mean you right because OP said he send a 3 minutes clip, but if you record the entire match, with decent connection and just right at the end you cant open the doors, you just stand still for 1 minutes, then suddendly your on the hook, thats clearly lagswitching. You kinda need on overview on the entire match, but still, you can easily tell the diffence between lagswitch and bad internet. But you made a good point at looking at the ban state.
