Thank you for buffing Dark Devotion
I haven't tried it myself yet but I saw Otzdarva play with the new buff and it definitely seems more useful now without being too OP. Can't wait to try it out because it seems like a really fun perk use! Just wanted to thank the developers for monitoring feedback and taking the time to make the perk better!

Increased the duration by 10 seconds (30s now) and removed the cooldown.

Its great on Legion because you can FF the Ob without downing them, allowing you to roam freely with them carrying your TR.
It should be good on Doc, haven't seen the unicorn for myself yet but it carries the sparky TR

That is really cool. I've always thought it shouldn't have a cooldown.

For those who were not aware, it's in the addendum at the bottom of the 3.1.0 patch notes. There is also a buff to Infectious Fright and some details about minor Freddy tweaks.
