I don't think it would be a wise decision to cater dailys only to killers (some people just dont LIKE killer)
A better alternative should be when you start the game and have a new daily, allow the player to choose whether they get a Survivor or a Killer daily.
Additionally, I think the daily system may be removed with the new lore unlocking system, or at least tied into it better.

There are plenty of players who don't want to even touch killer role, it would be unfair for them if they were removed.

Not everyone likes or wants to play killer, so you can't force everyone to play it because you don't like playing survivor.
Daily rituals are meant to push you out of your comfort zone and make you play different characters and roles, after all this game has two sides and everyone should try to experience both.
If you don't like your daily ritual, delete it and move on.

Have you ever noticed that the game tries to steer you towards the role you are playing less than?
I am on a killer break and for the last two weeks I'm ONLY getting killer's dailies even if I delete one another killer's one appears

I agree with this. I don't think there's any pattern. You're annoyed or at the least displeased when you get a daily for the role you don't prefer so you notice it more. And just due to how random chance works, you very well might get 10 survivors or killer rituals in a row.

There should be 3 dailies for both survivors and killers, it refreshes every 24 hours, even the ones you did not do change.
The accumulative BP for all 3 dailies should be in equal amount on both sides. You can choose to do all 6, or just the survivor or killer ones.
Now it is fair.
